remove Apex installation from a PDB

Oracle 21c EE, Apex 24.2

Oracle Apex installation is on PDB = orclpdb

cloned orclpdb to create 2 more PDB's to have all database related stuff so don't have to create again

now I want to safely remove/uninstall Oracle Apex from 1 newly created PDB

what are the steps to safely achieve this? is there any kind of risk?

please help, guide to achieve.
