Register on the Mobile Server

We have installed Oracle Lite 10g (downloaded from technet.oracle.com) on Windows box and pocket PC (for synchronization with main database). But we unable to register the client on Mobile Server because of the error. The error message is: "Insufficient information to proceed. Error code: Invalid platform - 400". What shell we do to fix the problem?

Configuration:
Pocket PC: XScale CPU, Windows Mobile 2003 Operating System
Mobile Server: Windows XP, Oracle Database Lite 10g (10.0.0)
Main Database Server: Oracle 9.2.0.4 (linux box)
