Recently i modified a field from char to varchar type, i also modified all related tables but the form page give me and ORA-01403 error. The report list its ok but the form page is not working i try recreating both pages but the error is the same.
I check and all related fields are the same field type.

The related fields are 2 CIA_ID and PROJECT_ID
Please do you have an idea how i can resolve this issue ?
