Apologies upfront if there are overlapping issues. I tried to find a similar issue, but could not find one.
If all records shown are within the Query Result window vertical space, there is no issue.
I found that the last column of the Query Result is obscured by the vertical scrollbar if the records exceed the vertical space available in the Query Result window.
Note that if you only query one column, that column will be affected too.
Larger values seem to lead to a bigger horizontal scrollbar as well.
Consider that this might be a Windows only thing.
