Query on DBA_DIRECTORY after AD-TXK14 (System Schema Migration)

So, Oracle has introduced the EBS_SYSTEM schema migration post AD-TXK 13 or 14 and want to move all EBS related objects (Standard and Custom) from SYS/SYSTEM schema to EBS_SYSTEM, APPS or APPS_NE or any other schema for that matter.

What we also understand is that APPS can no longer create directories under DBA_DIRECTORY (which earlier usually get created under SYS when submitted via Concurrent Programs).

Question:
How to handle the custom code which creates directories under SYS user (programmitically via Concurrent Programs) ?
