Publish extension to Open VSX registry

Hi,

this extension's predecessor was published to the Open VSX registry in addition to the VS marketplace, see https://forums.oracle.com/ords/apexds/post/publish-oracle-dev-tools-to-the-openvsx-registry-5330, but apparently so far the new one was not. We would very much appreciate it being available there.
