Problems with MFA

I had enabled the MFA And I had my codes on my phone. But I inadvertently deleted the MFA application so I can not get any codes from there. But while logging, it's asking for a Bypass code alternatively. And they are asking to contact with support for the bypass code. I reached out to the support for several times, but lastly, they sent me here. So is there any luck to have any suggestions please?
