problem with ascontrol service

I have a problem with ASControl Service. Sometimes it goes down. If I try to restart it, I have a generic error. If I check the Event viewer, it says: 'error 1 type 6 (disk)'. If I restart the server, it works but after a random time (from minutes to days) it still goes down.
The services OraclexxxASControl e OraclexxxProcessManager have "log on as" a domain user that is a member of Administrators group
In OraclexxxASControlsrvc.log I found this when the service goes down
