I downloaded Jdeveloper 12.2.1.4.0 from Oracle website. I wanted to install it and is giving me some problems. The files I downloaded are:
V998593-01
V998594-01
When I clicked on the file V998593-01, to i9nstall it, it gave me the screen saying : preparing the installer.
Finally, I gave me this error message::
