Prevent Same User from being assigned Primary and Backup role on the same Task in FCCS Close Task Manager

Prevent Same User from being assigned Primary and Backup for the same workflow role on the same Task in FCCS Close Task Manager. Seems like a design error as there is no benefit to this. Can be applied to any user being assigned as Assignee or Approver. Has anyone else noticed this?
