Post Installation resize root partition

I have 4 raspberry pi 4B with 8GB and 128GB SD storage units for building cluster.
After initial setup, root partition is only showing 4GB total usage and ran out of space after updates and few utility programs. how do I reclaim full capacity of 128GB SD storage?
