PL/SQL Func Body returning SQL Query is not validated when the SQL statment is from a page item.

I create a report with the source from PL/SQL Func Body returning SQL Query.

When the SQL statement is a written fixed in the body, it works.

But if the SQL statment is from a page item, validation is failed with error message: ORA-20999: PL/SQL function body did not return a value.
