PL/SQL Dynamic content region Download in PDF format

I have button with label download in page 37 when i click button it should redirect to page 161 and in this page 161 i have created PL/SQL dynamic content which is using to prescription file i want to download this this content in PDF file.

I am using APEX 20.1
