SQL & PL/SQL

I have a field where the information is in this form

'CITY';'ZIP';'COUNTRY'
;;'CITY';'ZIP';'COUNTRY'
;;;'COUNTRY'

Now i always need to get just the coutry...is there any function which can help me with this ?
