P6 EPPM Web Services REST (without Spreads 21.12)

Hello guys,
I'm configuring Primavera P6 EPPM 21.12 with Web Service (REST) on a client. When I install version 21.12 all endpoints for the REST service are there except spread fields. In version 22.12 (latest) spreads fields appear.
I couldn't find a documentation that says which versions the spreads appear for the REST service. Or if in version 21.12 it is possible to enable spread fields. I searched a lot and did not find official information.
Could you help me or guide me to some documentation regarding this?
