OVMM_MYSQL failed to start

Damola AzeezAug 20 2021

After a sudden power outage, my ovm manager failed to come up after restarting the system. Manually starting the ovm service resulted in Error: ovmm_mysql service is not running. Starting the ovmm_mysql service showed "Starting OVMM MySQL.....The server quit without updating PI[FAILED]/u01/app/oracle/mysql/data/mysqld.pid)."
I checked the database log files and i saw
