OS Authentication

Currently I'm looking into Ole DB ability for OS Authentication. Now the manuals say yes but dont seem to specify which platforms it works on. After looking through articles and security and authentication methods i still havent found the one simple answer i want.

So, can anybody tell me you can use OS Authentication with Oracle 9i(r2) OLE DB drivers from a window2000 server with IIS to a SUN Unix box ?
