i tried many times to place order since 3 months ago , but every time faild and shows this message
" Order 11362720 has been processed

Order 11362720 has “Failed” but you may repeat the checkout process if you believe there could've been error in your payment details.
i sned emails to sales@dyn.com and userhelp@dyn.com but no action .
please some one help .
