Order by Column Values

Hello,
There is a table having following data:

A B C D
15 20 10 18
16 17 13 20
18 23 40 29

Output Should be like:
A B C D
10 15 18 20
13 16 17 20
18 23 29 40

Means, every rows' column values should be sorted in Asc Order.

Please guide and help me.
