Orakpi error - java.security.NoSuchAlgorithmException: EC KeyFactory not available

Hi folks
I ran the following command and got the subsequent error. I've googled a lot but not found much to help.

$ orapki wallet add -wallet /home/oracle/wallet -trusted_cert -cert /home/oracle/MY_CERTS/CloudflareIncECCCA3.cer -pwd MyPwd2022

This is the error I got:
Could not install trusted cert at/home/oracle/MY_CERTS/CloudflareIncECCCA3.cer
java.security.NoSuchAlgorithmException: EC KeyFactory not available

Any suggestions as to what I should do?
