Oracle reports launch enable https

Hello,

Our forms 12.2.1 currently call Oralce reports 12.2.1 and launch it in a browser in insecure http mode, we are trying to enable https. Searched through several documentation, but couldn't find any instructions on how to enable it in 12c. Found this for 11g, tried it, but does not seem to work.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
