Oracle Procurement - Change Order Approval Rules - Auto Approve Based on Certain Attribute Change

We have a requirement to not trigger a change order whenever certain fields are changed on a purchase order, i.e., attachment, note to supplier, and promised delivery date. The purchasing document approvals doesn't seem to provide attributes for attachment or note to supplier, but there is a promised delivery date change in days attribute that we might be able to leverage. But, we only want to auto-approve the purchase order if and only if promised delivery date is the only thing that changed on a purchase order. How can we accomplish that through purchasing document approval or maybe there just isn't a way to do so? Or is there another way, other than the purchasing document approvals, to accomplish what we want.
