Oracle OHS 11g and PHP

Hello,

Any one have instructions for installing PHP with HTTP server 11g?

I found this article http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/topics/php/php-ohs-092324.html but it is for linux and I am using Windows Server 2003. I want to use it as part of an Oracle Forms/reports and access manager configuration to create a custom OAM login page with php.
