Oracle Knowledge 8.5 Intelligent Search.

Hi,
We are currently facing an issue with on our OKM Intelligent search as Invalid credentials TVLContentstoreDS logon denied. We have updated the password on the database and we have also changed the password on the custom.xml but still the credentials are not accepted. The OKM re-index is failing.

Can you please provide us some help on the same.
