Hi All,

Is the below scenario achievable in EBS:

Currently, only the Preparer of a Purchase Requisition can make changes to the PR.

1. Enable the ability for other users other than the Preparer to modify an existing PR when required.

2. Maintain a comprehensive audit trail that records:

        a) Who made the changes.
   
        b) When changes were made.
   
        c) Date and Time of the changes.
   

3. Changes made by the different user can follow the approval hierarchy of the person making the modification.

4. It is recommended to have someone within same grouping to make the changes, potentially even their supervisor.
