I tried 3 times now - with and without running as admin - but the XE installer (Oracle Database 21c Express Edition installer (from file OracleXE213_Win64.zip) just hangs.
Before hanging it took forever and a day counting up but at 33% it then reproducibly hung. :-( Terrific!
And - boy! - it takes a reboot to be able to remove the garbage afterwards! ||-(
Where are the previous versions? I recall that 18c and 19c installed without such issues.
