Oracle database performance - Heavy I/O

Hi,

We are seeing heavy User I/O related wait events in oracle database.

How to fix this issue ? we don't have option to increase SGA. db file sequential read is very high and tried to rebuild indexes but still same problem.

Kindly help to fix the issue.
