oracle database 19c installation

i have set up my oracle linux server in my virtual machine and i want to do GUI installation of oracle database 19c on my server. Anytime i run this command “ ./runInstaller ” it gives an error saying "Could not find or load main class oracle.install.ivw.common.driver.InstallerPatchDriver"

how can i resolve this?
