I am currently using the free tier Oracle Autonomous Database. Unfortunately, my phone was lost recently, and the MFA and two-way authentication were configured on that device. With my new phone, I am unable to log in, as it is prompting me for a code. Additionally, I am having trouble re-configuring the MFA, and I am unable to obtain the Bypass Code.
Could you please assist me in re-setting up MFA and 2FA or guide me on how to disable MFA?
I cleared the cache and tried, but it is still not working. When attempting to access the URL https://idcs-**********.identity.oraclecloud.com/ui/v1/myconsole?root=my-info&my-info=my_profile_security, it redirects to the previous page.
I have reached out to the support team, but unfortunately, they were unable to provide assistance.
