Oracle Apex-My admin account got locked

Hi,

I am having an issue with my Oracle APEX account. It was locked after several failed login attempts. Although I have reset the password, I still cannot access it, and it keeps saying “The account is locked”. Could you please assist me in unlocking it? My workspace name is B2405446.
