Oracle APEX 23.2 - Sending text files to external file server

Hi Team,

Need support to share .txt files from oracle APEX to external files server on event of page submission.

We are not looking util_file options and need suggestion how best we can send files considering security aspect.

Primary APEX details for OCI Cloud services

APEX version : 23.2

Database version : 19c

ORDES Version : 23.4
