A few months ago, when I tried to log in to my Oracle account and entered the 2-step verification code (using the Oracle Authenticator app), the code wasn't accepted. After entering it several times, my account was locked. Today, I was able to recover my account thanks to an advisor. However, the authenticator app still isn't working. I'm not sure exactly what the issue is, but I don't want to keep entering the code incorrectly and risk locking my account again.
