Oracle 19c installation in aarch64

Hello,
I have created the Oracle Compute instance using ARM hardware and installed OEL 8. It is showing architecture as aarch64. I tried to install oracle database 19c (19.3) of Linux X86_64 in OEL 8. I am getting error while installing software.
./runInstaller: line 67: /u01/app/oracle/193/perl/bin/perl: cannot execute binary file: Exec format error
Please let me know whether any workaround to install oracle 19c in aarch64 architecture or we cannot install.
