Oracle 19c installation fail

I am trying to install oracle 19c but it fail with error [FATAL] Error while executing "C:\ORACLE_HOME\rdbms\admin\dbmssml.sql". Refer to "C:\app\SP\cfgtoollogs\dbca\orcl\dbmssml0.log" for more details. Error in Process: C:\ORACLE_HOME\perl\bin\perl.exe
Look at the log file "C:\app\SP\cfgtoollogs\dbca\orcl\orcl.log" for further details.
Oracle Database Configuration Assistant failed.

Can anyone help me?
