please seniors / staff help to know about ORA-02069 global_names parameter must be set to TRUE for this operation... is it resolved by using a patch or not yet or i misunderstood the problem I faced before? if resolved How I can resolve at my end
--which patch set to apply-- in my DB? (please I am not asking for just a work around).
