I am trying to set up OpenTelemetry with OCI APM in APEX 24.2.

In my APEX workspace I have set ‘Client Logging Service URL’ to https://<host>/20200101/opentelemetry/public/v1/traces

How does ‘Token Relay URL’ work? Which payload does this URL expect?
