Hi ,
I have an apex as a service application which is Microsoft Ad SSO configured . Sometimes, mostly 1st time login or running the application is returning error as ORA-12545: Connect failed because target host. and goes to login page . On refreshing or changing the url from login to home it works fine.
Any idea , what could be causing this.
