Basically we have pre-built monitoring views - https://docs.oracle.com/en/enterprise-manager/cloud-control/enterprise-manager-cloud-control/13.5/emvws/

I need to expose all permissions/privileges for particular user. And I can't find the appropriate view.

Asking advice what tables/views I can use to expose this data. Particular query appreciate as well.

Looking to EM console is not an option. Need to deliver data in 'non-screenshot' format.
