OS - Windows Server 2016 Standard
Database ver - 12.2.0.1.0
I am working on OEM Upgrade from 13.2 to 13.4, the upgrade not progressing its in 56% from last 10+ hours, but there is no error or exception in the logs except below output. Please assist.
