Using EDQ version 12.2.1.4.0 (build 164), we experience intermittent issues where the application is not executed. The detailed error refers to an "OCSP response error : MALFORMED Request." We have seen a similar issue reported on Oracle Forms but would like to enquire is there are any other instances of this issue when using OEDQ and if so what can be done to resolve this.
