ODI Sequential Scenario in a load plan is triggering before completion of previous sequential scenario

In a load plan, we have 3 sequential steps, Step2 started after Step1 completion, Step 2 has 3 child scenarios which execute in parallel. One of the child steps ran till 11:58 PM but the Sequential Step3 started running at 11:42 even before the completion of all child scenarios in Step2.

We are suspecting this issue to be caused by April 2025 CPU for ODI (ODIMP Bundle Patch 12.2.1.4.250321). Is there any fix for this issue or any recent patch released?
