ODAC version compatible with database XE 11g ?

I'm planning to install 11g Express Edition (downloaded as XE112_Win32.zip) on Windows 10.

When last I did so (April 2014) Oracle Provider for oledb was not installed so I installed ODAC11.2.0.2.1 and that solved the problem.

Today I don't have that file so downloaded 32-bit ODAC 11.2.0.4.0. Is that a valid substitute for the ODAC11 2.0.2.1 file used in 2014 ??
