I am having problems logging into my Oracle cloud account.
Is it possible to reset the sign on policy? The error tells me there is a problem with the signon policy: "Access denied by signon policy." (Zugriff von Anmelde-Policy verweigert.)
The problem occured during moving the Oracle Authenticator app from one to a new mobile device.
How can I get help resetting the login policy?
If a friendly support person should read this, please, I need help with this.
