OBIS server is getting started on its own after the shutdown and all the reports throws an error in OAS 5.9.0

OBIS server is getting started on its own after the shutdown and all the reports throws an error stating the Oracle BI server is not currently running. After some time after refreshing the page all the errors get's disappeared. The error says the ODBC driver returned an error.Metadata is stored in Microsoft SQL server 2019.
