OATS: Delay in Running the Scripts

I am trying to run the visual scripts created using Oracle Functional testing for Web Applications.
Autopilot settings is
start the load test ---> When the start button is pressed
stop the load test ---> After each user plays 2 iterations
Virtual user rampup --> Add Per step = 1 users
After Every 10 seconds
And i am using the Oracle XE database installed by OATS.
When i start the "Run Test" button the status is showing as "Starting" for more than 30 mins. its not completing the test and also when i start the run test button a small blank screen is opened with screen name as "oracle Agent -Thin Client" . When i close this screen the test status is displayed as "Orphaned agent" and error as "Unexpected Agent exit.Code=1073807364"
Also I checked the Database connection. The Db is connecting fine.
and connecting to the user OLT/password@XE
Can anyone plz tell what might be the problem.
