We have forms 12.2.1.4 running on a linux 7 machine. Wanted to try OAM SSO so installed an oam_domain on another machine and defined default store using our existing AD LDAP. This all works great if the user is pre-created in OPSS, but if not the user is presented with a very ugly screen as shown below.
If you re-enter your username/password and select the correct button at the bottom a RAD is created in OPSS and from then on everything is great.
How can I make this page look acceptable to a user ?
