i installed the oracle 19c successfully, I installed the software only after that when I tried to create a listener using the "netca" it's showing the below error message, i tied to change the port but still the same issue , i appreciate if someone can helping me.
i'm using VMbox 6.1 and the operating system is oracle Linux 7.9
