I urgently need help with my DynDNS account. For more than 2 weeks my server has not been accessible externally via the DNS entry. On the homepage, however, I can see that the IPs are correctly updated. I have already contacted support twice, but have not received an answer
According to the homepage, my delegation is incorrect. "No correct servers found"
My nameservers are these, which are identical to the ones suggested in the help.
