I have a requirement to enhance the Negotiation Awarded or Rejected Email notification sent by Oracle Cloud . I see there are limitations to the formatting and the changes not being reflected easily. Especially the grey region in the background and the removal of Oracle stripe. Any tips on this would be helpful . Thank you.
