Need assistance to upgrade the supported python at Enterprise Manager Workshop from OCI marketplace and which is free

Hi Experts,

SR 3-40204126731

currently they have installed OCI marketplace Enterprise Manager Workshop 13.5 RU1 which has Python Unsupported Version Detection and they are not able to upgrade to python 3
they tried but its not changing from python2 to python3
PFA the screenshot that running with Python2 even after installed python3

its Oracle Database 19c Enterprise Edition Release 19.12.0.0.0, this is OEM instance from OCI market place

Can they upgrade python on EM 13.5?
what is the latest supported python version?
